In 2019, I was lead designer inside La Banque Postale team at Publicis Sapient. I worked in pair design with UX designers.

I worked on several projects like: payment between friends, transfer by voice, profiling for investment, banking aggregation, wealth management…

I redesigned and modernized the ecosystem, and started to create with workshops the basis for a design system.

I set up methodologies with the client. Requested the creation of a Jira backlog, created a project checklist to start a brief well.

I set up Figma tool and I did training sessions for the dev team on how mastering the tool.

I installed a visual schedule at the client's office, and I proposed a daily meeting ritual.

I took care of the capacity planning. I dispatching the tasks and planning them on a 4 weeks schedule.

I co-built and co-facilitated Roadmap workshops with the client in order to challenge their vision of the projects and their methodologies (For more agility ...).

I also traveled to Bordeaux in order to meet the development team, discuss their methodologies and present them the different projects that we have in target vision.
